The Black Keys go on meditation retreat in video for new song, “Go”

The track is accompanied by a goofy video that imagines Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney spending the five years since the last Black Keys album, 2014’s Turn Blue, at a mediation retreat to repair their broken relationship.

“It was great making this video with [director] Bryan [Schlam], partially because it was filmed at the very type of place it is making fun of,” Carney says.

“The video was fun, but we still haven’t spoken,” Auerbach adds, presumably joking.

“Go” is now available for digital download, and you can watch the video now on YouTube.

Let’s Rock, featuring the lead single “Lo/Hi,” is due out June 28. The Black Keys will launch a U.S. tour behind the new record in September.
