Watch now: Slipknot brings “Unsainted” and “All Out Life” to “Kimmel”

Credit: Alexandria Crahan-ConwaySlipknot stopped by ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! Friday night to perform the TV debut of their new single “Unsainted,” the lead track off their upcoming album, We Are Not Your Kind.

For a web exclusive, the masked metallers also brought out their standalone single “All Out Life,” which dropped last Halloween. While “All Out Life” isn’t included on We Are Not Your Kind, the album’s title comes from one of that song’s lyrics.

The Kimmel performance marked Slipknot’s first show of 2019, as well as the debut of their new masks and a new, mystery percussionist, who takes the place of departed member Chris Fehn.

Fehn, who’d been a member of Slipknot since 1998, parted ways with the group earlier this year after filing a lawsuit against his band mates over a financial dispute.

The identity of the new percussionist has yet to be revealed.

We Are Not Your Kind, the follow-up to 2014’s .5: The Gray Chapter, is due out August 9. Slipknot will launch their Knotfest Roadshow North American tour in support of the new record July 26 in Mountain View, California.
