David Wolff – Patrick/RedfernsAsking Alexandria frontman Danny Worsnop helped make the marriage of two fans even more memorable by performing at their wedding.
As Worsnop explains, the bride, Danae, reached out to him late last year and asked if she could convince him to attend her then-upcoming nuptials and perform his song “Angels.” Worsnop agreed, and flew out to Wichita, Kansas this week to play the song at the ceremony.
“Congratulations to Chuck and Danae Marsh,” Worsnop tweeted, alongside photos from the wedding. “Thank you for having me be a part of your special day.”
Worsnop wrote “Angels” about his fiancée, and the song’s video captures his onstage proposal to her.
Last month, Worsnop released his sophomore solo album, Shades of Blue.
