ABC/Lorenzo BevilaquaCourtney Love answers questions from her famous friends in a new feature from Interview magazine.
The article features queries from Marilyn Manson, Karen O, Garbage‘s Shirley Manson, R.E.M.‘s Michael Stipe and Lana Del Rey, as well as from Gwyneth Paltrow, Kris Jenner and Kate Moss, among others.
Among the questions asked: “What’s the best gig you’ve ever been to?” and “What is the most beautiful place in the world?” For many of them, Love doesn’t necessarily answer them directly as much as she tells a story tangentially related to the inquiry.
For example, when answering O’s question “What’s your favorite uses of a piece of music in a movie?”, Love recalls being “very rude” to Phil Collins at the Golden Globes, and she responds to Jenner’s question “What’s your favorite thing to do with your girlfriends?” by calling the Motley Crue biopic The Dirt “stupid,” “vile” and “dumb.”
As for Marilyn Manson’s question, which was, of course, “Who was your most memorable sexual experience?”, Love starts to answer by sharing her thoughts on the Ariana Grande song “thank u, next” before declaring, “Forget it. I’m not f***ing answering this s***.”
