ABC/Nicole WilderThe Raconteurs have premiered a new song called “Bored and Razed,” a cut from the band’s upcoming album, Help Us Stranger.
On the track, the Jack White-led band sings about a girl who’s “California bored and razed” — that’s “razed” spelled “r-a-z-e-d,” as in “knocked down.” You can download it now via digital outlets.
Help Us Stranger, which also features the lead single “Now That You’re Gone,” is due out June 21. It’s the first Raconteurs album since 2008’s Consolers of the Lonely.
The Raconteurs recently wrapped a European tour in support of Help Us Stranger. They launch a U.S. run July 4 in Aspen, Colorado.
