ABC/Randy HolmesBring Me the Horizon has shared a cover of the song “Drone Bomb Me,” originally recorded by English singer Anohni.
“Drone Bomb Me” appears on Anohni’s 2016 album Hopelessness, and is sung from the perspective of a nine-year old girl in Afghanistan whose family has been killed by a drone. Horizon recorded their version of the track for the Spotify Singles series.
Along with the “Drone Bomb Me” cover, Bring Me also recorded a new version of their Amo track “Mother Tongue” for Spotify.
Bring Me the Horizon is currently touring Europe. They’ll be back in the U.S. to play Lollapalooza in August.
