Travis Barker, Yungblud help Machine Gun Kelly earn career-high on “Billboard” rock chart with “I Think I’m OKAY”

EST 19XX/Bad Boy/Interscope RecordsMachine Gun Kelly‘s new song “I Think I’m OKAY,” recorded in collaboration with Blink-182‘s Travis Barker and Yungblud, has given the rapper a career-high on Billboard‘s Hot Rock Songs chart.

The single, which dropped earlier in June, currently sits at number four on Hot Rock Songs, which combines radio airplay with sales and streaming data.

“We have a song on the billboard ROCK chart,” Kelly tweeted, alongside the “exploding head” emoji.

MGK has previously popped up on Hot Rock Songs thanks to his feature on the Motley Crue song “The Dirt (Est. 1981),” which peaked at number 18 on the chart. That track was recorded for the Crue’s Netflix biopic The Dirt, which stars Kelly as drummer Tommy Lee.

The rapper was also featured on the 2013 Sleeping with Sirens song “Alone,” which reached the number 23 spot on Hot Rock Songs.

The highest Kelly ever got on the pop charts was also number four: It was with “Bad Things,” a duet with pop star Camilla Cabello that interpolated the 1999 Fastball song “Out of My Head.”
