The Rage Against the Machine guitarist is launching Tom Morello’s Guitar Revolution, a four-day “intensive” seminar scheduled for January 2-6 in Newport Beach, California.
“Tom Morello’s Guitar Revolution will be about a lot of things,” Morello says. “Ferocious rock n’ roll guitar playing, power riff songwriting, inventive soloing, subversive sonics (and activism), and unlocking maximum creativity throughout four action-packed days of discussion, demonstration, and performance.”
Joining Morello as instructors at the seminar include Extreme‘s Nuno Bettencourt, Rob Zombie guitarist John 5, A Perfect Circle‘s Billy Howerdel and MC5‘s Wayne Kramer, among others.
