Courtesy the MisfitsMisfits have joined the lineup for the upcoming Psycho Las Vegas festival in place of Megadeth, who dropped off the bill following frontman Dave Mustaine‘s throat cancer diagnosis.

In addition to the newly added Vegas show, the reunited Misfits, which once again consist of original members Glenn Danzig and Jerry Only, also have dates lined up in Denver, Oakland and Seattle in September.
Megadeth, meanwhile, canceled the majority of their tour dates this year due to Mustaine’s condition. Mustaine revealed his diagnosis on June 17, writing that he’s begun a treatment plan his doctors feel has a 90 percent success rate.
