ABC/Randy HolmesShinedown frontman Brent Smith and guitarist Zach Myers will be the guests during an upcoming installment of New York City cultural and community center 92Y’s ongoing 92Y Talk series.
The event, taking place September 12, will include an acoustic performance from the duo, as well as an audience Q&A and a conversation moderated by comedian Chris Porter.
According to a press release, Smith and Myers will be “sharing personal insights into their musical journey and discussing the inspirations behind Shinedown’s celebrated catalogue and new music.”

Smith, Myers and the rest of Shinedown are currently touring the U.S. in support of their new album ATTENTION ATTENTION, which features the singles “DEVIL,” “GET UP” and “MONSTERS.”
