Nirvana’s 1993 “Live and Loud” concert to be released on vinyl

GeffenNirvana‘s Live and Loud concert film will be released on vinyl on August 30.

The performance was recorded by MTV in December 1993 in Seattle, just a month after the grunge legends taped their iconic MTV Unplugged set.

Live and Loud was previously released on home video in 2013, and it was also included in the 20th anniversary edition of 1993’s In Utero. The new vinyl edition marks the first time the performance will be available as standalone audio release.
