Disturbed cancels Canada concert due to “vocal issue”

Credit: Travis ShinnDisturbed‘s show in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, Wednesday night has been canceled due to frontman David Draiman battling a “vocal issue.”

“At the recommendation of a doctor, David has been advised to rest and limit his vocal usage today to avoid any further damage,” reads a statement posted to the band’s website.

Refunds will be issued to ticket holders.

Draiman and Disturbed have been touring in support of their new album, Evolution. The trek is expected to continue Friday in Edmonton, and will return to the U.S. Sunday for a show in Billings, Montana.
