Jack White leaves baseball game to play Raconteurs show and returns before it ends

ABC/Randy HolmesJack White had a busy day in Washington, D.C. over the weekend.

On Saturday, he and his Raconteurs band mates attended a baseball game between the Washington Nationals and Milwaukee Brewers on Saturday, but had to leave after three innings so they could play a show at the D.C. venue The Anthem.

After the show ended, though, the game was still going on and in extra innings, so White made his way back to the Nationals Park stadium, which is less than two miles away from the venue.

The FS1 broadcast caught White back in the stands at the top of the 14th inning with the score tied 13-13. The inning would be the game’s last, as the Brewers finally won by the score of 15-14.

White and The Raconteurs are currently touring the U.S. in support of their comeback album, Help Us Stranger. The outing continues Tuesday in Columbia, South Carolina.
