Cousin Greg from “Succession” thinks his character would be a Foo Fighters and Blink-182 fan

Peter Kramer/HBOIt’s very difficult to find a “likeable” character on the HBO drama Succession, but the lovable screw-up Cousin Greg might be the closest. And, he might like the same bands as you.

In an interview with Pitchfork, actor Nicholas Braun, who plays Greg, shares what music he thinks his character listens to.

“I think he listens to some reggae. He might even like Foo Fighters,” Braun says, adding, “Maybe [Greg] plays his old Blink-182 albums from time to time.”

Hopefully this means we’ll get a scene of Greg rocking out to “Everlong” or “All the Small Things” in a future Succession episode.

Succession follows the dysfunctional Roy family, owners of a global media empire who fall into even deeper chaos amidst health concerns for patriarch Logan Roy, played by Brian Cox. The series, now in its second season, airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET.
