Foo Fighters unearth live recording from 2005 Roswell show

ABC/Travis BellWhat with all the fervor around “storming” Area 51, Foo Fighters are here to provide the soundtrack.

Dave Grohl and company have dug up a batch of live recordings from their 2005 show at the Walker Air Force Base in Roswell, New Mexico.

Roswell, of course, was the site of an alleged 1947 UFO crash, which military officials stated was actually a weather balloon.

Along with the live tracks, the Foos also shared a comic instructing what you should do if you happen to meet an alien. “Should you encounter extraterrestrials, be polite,” the comic says.

By the way, the name “Foo Fighters” comes from the term used by World War II aircraft pilots to describe unidentified aerial phenomena.
