New Bring Me the Horizon song, tracks from The Neighbourhood, CHVRCHES & MISSIO on new video game soundtrack

Steve Granitz/WireImageMonday, it was announced that Bring Me the Horizon‘s 2018 collaboration with Dani Filth, “Wonderful Life,” would appear on the soundtrack for the new WWE video game, WWE 2K20.  Now comes the the news that the band will release a brand-new song on the soundtrack of yet another video game.

BMTH released the news on Instagram on Tuesday: a new song called “Ludens” will be part of the game Death Stranding: Timefall.  Norman Reedus, Mads Mikkelsen, Léa Seydoux, Margaret Qualley and Lindsay Wagner provided motion capture and vocal performances for the game, which also features director Guillermo del Toro.

The game, from legendary Japanese videogame creator Hideo Kojima, will be out November 8.  The soundtrack, which will also feature songs from CHVRCES, Flora Cash, MISSIO and The Neighbourhood, is due November 7.  You can listen to CHVRCHES’ song “Death Stranding” now.

As for the game itself, it requires players to “traverse a ravaged nation to reconnect a fractured society and save mankind from the brink of extinction.”
