Listen: Alter Bridge releases new track from 'Walk the Sky,' "Dying Light"

Alter Bridge has dropped yet another track from their upcoming album Walk the Sky, due out October 18.

“Dying Light” is the final song on the album, and the fifth track released so far from the project, the band’s sixth studio release. It’s available for streaming and download now, and there’s also a visualizer to go with it.

The epic, melodic tune finds the band seemingly musing about death: “In the dying light/We learn to live when we give in/To the silent waves that crash inside/In the dying light/We can begin to live again/When we wake up to eternal life.”

Alter Bridge is currently out on their Victorious Sky Tour with Skillet and Dirty Honey. That tour wraps October 25 in Orlando, FL. Alter Bridge will then kick off a European tour November 12 with Shinedown and Sevendust.
