Tool's headlining set at Sacramento's Aftershock festival marked the enigmatic rockers' first show since they released their long-awaited new album, Fear Inoculum, in August. As such, the concert featured the live debut of two tracks from the record.
To open the show, Tool played Fear Inoculum's title track and lead single for the first time. They also gave the the 12-minute "Pneuma" its premiere live performance.
Tool has previously played the Fear Inoculum tracks "Descending" and "Invincible" live.
If you missed the Aftershock performance, you can catch Tool on their upcoming headlining tour, which launches Tuesday in Denver. The outing will wrap up November 25 in Washington, D.C.
