Watch Alice in Chains rock Seattle in mini doc on homecoming gig

Credit: Pamela LittkyLast month, Alice in Chains returned to Seattle for a triumphant hometown gig. If you weren’t there, the grunge icons have shared a mini documentary about the show.

The five-minute video features an abundance of live footage, as well as interviews with fans, ranging from the international — one came from Finland — to the local diehards.

“The essence of [Alice in Chains’] music is what Seattle means to me,” says one fan.

The Seattle show marked Alice in Chains’ last show on the touring cycle in support of their latest album, 2018’s Rainier Fog. The sixth studio effort from the band was nominated for Best Rock Album at the Grammys, and was accompanied by a 10-part sci-fi film, Black Antenna.
