New Ozzy Osbourne song dropping Friday

ABC/Randy HolmesOzzy Osbourne will release a new solo track this Friday.

We don’t know the name of the tune just yet, but you can check out a 13-second preview now via the Metal Madman’s Twitter.

Ozzy previously revealed he began working on a new album earlier this year after collaborating with Post Malone on the rapper’s new song, “Take What You Want.” He told The Sun that the record, the follow-up to 2010’s Scream, is the “greatest album I’ve done.”

Osbourne recorded the album while recovering from neck surgery, which he underwent earlier this year after suffering a fall in his home and aggravated injuries he sustained in a 2003 ATV accident. The surgery forced him to postpone all of his 2019 tour dates to next year. He’s set to return to the road for a North American tour in May 2020.

In other Ozzy happenings, his entire original solo discography is being reissued on vinyl in a 24-disc box set titled See You on the Other Side on November 29.
