Reprise RecordsIn case you thought My Chemical Romance‘s reunion is actually an elaborate, cruel joke, we now have photographic evidence that it’s indeed really happening.
On their newly created Instagram page, the beloved emo rockers shared a photo from a recent rehearsal for their upcoming reunion show in Los Angeles next month. The black-and-white pic, dated November 15, shows frontman Gerard Way, bassist Mikey Way, and guitarists Ray Toro and Frank Iero sitting together on the floor in front of a drum kit.
MCR announced their reunion on Halloween, six years after they broke up in 2013. They’ll officially play their first show back December 20 at L.A.’s Shrine Expo Hall.
The group has since added 2020 dates in Australia, New Zealand and Japan.
