ABC/Craig SjodinPearl Jam will return to the road in 2020.
The grunge icons, who’d not played a show since fall 2018, have announced a European tour for next year. The trek kicks off June 23 in Frankfurt, Germany, and includes headlining sets at Lollapalooza Stockholm and Lollapalooza Paris.
Pixies will provide support on select dates.

Meanwhile, the wait continues for a new Pearl Jam album, the follow-up to 2013’s Lightning Bolt. In a Rolling Stone interview published in November, guitarist Mike McCready said the band was “recording,” but isn’t “finished with anything yet.”
