Credit: Travis ShinnSevendust has dropped off the band’s upcoming U.K. tour with Alter Bridge and Shinedown due to drummer Morgan Rose being hospitalized.
“Morgan is sick and in the hospital and under [doctor’s] orders not to leave the country,” Sevendust tweeted Wednesday.
The nature of Rose’s condition is unknown, but according to a subsequent statement posted Thursday by his Alien Freak Wear clothing line, the drummer is “stable.”
Alter Bridge and Shinedown will still play the U.K. tour as scheduled, which is set to kick off December 14.
Sevendust’s schedule also includes a trio of Southeast dates to close out 2019. Those shows have so far been unaffected.
