The Blink-182 bassist recently spent some time in the studio with Atreyu. The metalcore band shared a photo of themselves alongside Hoppus on their Instagram, along with the caption, “2020 is already off to a great start.”
Earlier this month, Atreyu released a new song called “Battle Drums,” recorded in collaboration with the producer DJ Kayzo. The band’s most recent album is 2018’s In Our Wake.
While we wait for a possible Atreyu-182 collaboration, you can listen to Hoppus on Blink’s new album, Nine, which dropped last September. Hoppus has also been working with All Time Low‘s Alex Gaskarth on their joint project, Simple Creatures.
