Bring Me the Horizon planning to release new music “soon”

Mike Marsland/WireImageBring Me the Horizon is readying new tunes.

Speaking to NME during Tuesday’s Brit Awards, frontman Oli Sykes revealed that the band is “planing on having music soon.”

“The concept and the idea of what we’re thinking is different every day,” he explained. “We thought we might have an idea of where we want to take it, and I think there’s just gonna be a cosmic force that pulls us in different ways, so it’s gonna be unexpected again I think.”

The new material will follow Horizon’s experimental Music to listen to… EP, which dropped last December. The group’s most recent album, Amo, was released January 2019.

Bring Me the Horizon was nominated for the Best Group award at the Brits, which ultimately went to Foals. The British rockers attended the ceremony while wearing outfits mirroring those worn by the Spice Girls during their 1997 Brit performance.
