Listen to The Glorious Sons frontman play new “Isolation Song,” “Quarantine in a Rental Car”

BMG/Black BoxThe Glorious Sons frontman Brett Emmons is coping with the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic by writing new music.

The Canadian rocker has launched a new series titled “Isolation Songs,” consisting of songs he’s written while staying home and avoiding contact. The first track is an acoustic ballad titled “Quarantine in a Rental Car,” which you can listen to now streaming on YouTube.

“Not every song will be about this heavy topic we’re all facing, it’s just been a long week and I needed to get this one off my chest,” Emmons says. “Enjoy. Stay safe. Wash your hands. Please avoid the elderly and those who have problems with their immune system.”

In the pre-coronavirus world, The Glorious Sons had been touring in support of their new album A War on Everything, which includes the singles “Panic Attack” and “Closer to the Sky.”
