Nickelback cancels ‘All the Right Reasons’ anniversary tour

Courtesy Live NationNickelback has canceled the band’s upcoming 15th anniversary All the Right Reasons tour due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The summer trek was set to kick off June 19 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Stone Temple PilotsSwitchfoot and Tyler Bryant & The Shakedown were also on the bill.

“Over the past few months we have been in constant communication with our team, tour industry professionals, medical professionals and everyone that could help guide us collaboratively on a safe path forward,” Nickleback writes in a statement. “The health, safety and well-being of our amazing fans, the artists on tour with us, our collective touring crews, venue personnel and the communities in which we perform are our number-one priority.”

They continue, “While we all hoped for a different outcome, we regrettably cannot move forward and must cancel the All the Right Reasons tour this summer.”

During the tour, Nickelback was planning to perform All the Right Reasons in its entirety. The diamond-certified 2005 album spawned the hit singles “Photograph,” “Rockstar,” “Far Away,” “If Everyone Cared,” and “Savin’ Me.”
