Credit: Jason SiegelRise Against has premiered a new song called “Broken Dreams, Inc.”
The Chicago punks recorded the track for Dark Nights: Death Metal Soundtrack, a companion to the DC Comics series of the same name.
“‘Broken Dreams, Inc.’ speaks to today’s changing landscape of American society,” says frontman Tim McIlrath. “The opportunities that are available to some but not to others, the people who are able to benefit versus those who get left behind, who suffer and end up as casualties.”

Along with the new Rise Against tune, Dark Nights: Death Metal also features former Marilyn Manson band member Tyler Bates, plus drums by ex-Slayer member Dave Lombardo, and guitar work by Black Label Society frontman Zakk Wylde. Additionally, Black Veil Brides frontman Andy Biersack voices the one and only Batman for the project.
