Credit: Herring & HerringMetallica‘s Helping Hands acoustic benefit concert is going virtual.
The second edition of the charity event, which supports the metal legends’ All Within My Hands organization, will stream live online via Nugs.tv on November 14 at 5 p.m. ET.
Helping Hands 2020 had originally been scheduled to take place this past March before getting delayed to September. The continued COVID-19 pandemic forced the planned in-person event to go online.
Along with the concert, Metallica will also be holding a charity auction, the details of which will be announced shortly.
Metallica performed the first Helping Hands concert in November 2018, and a live album capturing the unplugged set was released in 2019.
