HBOLast year, a puppeteer for Sesame Street revealed that Dave Grohl would be a guest on an upcoming episode of the long-running children’s TV series. Now, his appearance has been officially confirmed.

According to a press release, the Foo Fighters frontman is set to show up during an episode of Sesame Street‘s milestone 50th season, which premieres November 16 on HBO.

The season will be preceded by the Sesame Street’s 50th Anniversary Celebration special, which will be hosted by Joseph Gordon Levitt and will feature guests including Elvis Costello, Meghan Trainor, Norah Jones, Patti LaBelle, Nile Rodgers and Whoopi Goldberg, among others. That show will air November 9 on HBO, and November 17 on PBS.

In addition to seeing him on your TV screen, you can catch Grohl live in person when Foo Fighters headline Las Vegas’ Intersect festival in December.
