Listen to new Mark Morton solo single, “All I Had to Lose”

Rise RecordsLamb of God guitarist Mark Morton has released a new solo song called “All I Had to Lose.”

The track, which features Sons of Texas vocalist Mark Morales, is included on Morton’s upcoming, acoustic-driven EP Ether.

“‘All I Had to Lose’ is one of the most personal songs I’ve ever written,” Morton says. “Mark Morales’ incredible vocal performance really brought it to life and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I’m so grateful to get the opportunity to stretch out stylistically and appreciate everyone who’s given this stuff a listen!”

Ether features additional guest spots from Halestorm‘s Lzzy Hale and Light the Torch‘s Howard Jones. It’ll be released January 17.

Morton released his debut solo album Anesthetic — featuring Lamb of God’s Randy Blythe, Alter Bridge‘s Myles Kennedy, Papa Roach‘s Jacoby Shaddix and Buckcherry‘s Josh Todd, as well as the late Chester Bennington — last March.
